To New York

JFK Airport

If you’re flying to New York, we recommend flying into JFK Airport (Steer clear of Newark Airport!).

To The Hamptons

Car / Bus / Train

It’s about a 2.5-3 hour ride out to the Hamptons from NYC or JFK airport. For the most flexibility, we recommend renting a car from JFK airport. Otherwise, the Hampton Jitney or the Hampton Luxury Liner (buses) or the Long Island Railroad (train) are great options! They will bring you right to downtown East Hampton, and you can take a taxi from there to your accommodations.

Transportation

Around Town

Taxi/Uber/Lyft

Local taxis are around, but expect to wait or have limited availability at peak or off hours (expect dynamic pricing, too!). The laws around Uber/Lyft being allowed to operate in the Hamptons are always changing, so check back here closer to the date for more information.

Bikes

Biking can be a really fun way to explore the Hamptons! Rentals are available at Khanh Sports, and may also be available at your hotel.

Things to Do

Some ideas for things to do (when we’re not partying):

  • Catch a live show at The Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett

  • Peruse Amber Waves Farm, Market & Cafe in Amagansett

  • Go surfing in Montauk

  • Check out the scene at The Surf Lodge in Montauk

  • Go shopping in downtown East Hampton

  • Visit The Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center

  • Go thrifting at The Ladies Village Improvement Society

Places to Eat

Some classic Hamptons eats can be found at:
